Winter workouts begin the Tuesday or Thursday we return from Winter Break.
Coach Alexanderson leads strength and conditioning Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:15 AM - 7:15 AM. Event specific workouts take place on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM.
Athletes are responsible for exercising on their recovery days which are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The .pdf "Monday - Friday Strength and Conditioning Routines" includes core, hip, and dumbbell or med bell routines to complete on recovery days.
