- Monday is Shot Put - Tuesday is Discus - Wednesday is Javelin - Thursday is event trial for shot, discus, and javelin Sprinters - see Coach Annie and Coach Jen about your workouts for the week - 100m, 200m, and 400m time trial is on Thursday Jumpers - Coach Zimmerman will be here for high jump on Thursday for your event trial. - Coach Annie will conduct the long jump event trial next Monday.
