- Warm Up + easy technique practice for approach and steps
- Saturday Competitors
- Outdoor 5-10 minute jog warm up
- Dynamic warm up (march, lunge, shuffle, stride), ABCD form drills, quick arms, 2 strides
- Lincoln Hill
- 2x300m @ 80-85% max (50-60 sec) focus on rhythm and pacing [90 sec rest]
- 4-6x100m uphill acceleration (16-20 sec) focus on A and C form [60-90 sec rest]
- Indoor no more than 3x15m block starts to practice set up, reaction, and first few steps
- 5-10 minute jog or bike + stretch/ice
- FIELD EVENT COMPETITION at Weber State!
- Register for long jump, high jump, shot put.
- Workout for everyone else
- 5 - 10 min jog + dynamic warm up and form drill routine that you will do before competition
- 4 x 1 lap easy strides with 30 sec recovery
- 5 - 10 min jog + stretching
