Monday 5/13 - FORM, SPEED, and SPECIALIZATION
- 2 lap warm up
- Serious form drills
- 2 x 100m accelerations (90% at 50m, 100% at 80m, decelerate 80m-100m)
- 4 x hills
- SPIKE UP!!! 200m @ 90-95% - 1 min recovery - 200m @ all out (Jack's first 200 = hurdles)
- 200 spilts should be equal or faster than your fastest 400m
- 2 lap cool down
- body weight exercises
- specialization technique
- 2 lap warm up
- Hurdle Mobility
- 4 laps of jog turns, tempo straight-away
- 2 laps
- Dynamic Stretching
- 4 x accelerations
- 2 laps, more stretching and some core
- Time to discuss one-on-one with coaches

- 11:30 AM
- 1:30 PM
