Monday 5/6 (B Day) - SPEED and SPECIALIZATION
- 2 lap warm up
- 2 x 200m @ 90-95% with 10 min recovery (Hurdlers...use hurdles :) )
- 2 lap cool down
- body weight exercises or jump technique
- 2 laps
- Stretch, Core
- EASY specialization practice (blocks, relay exchanges, jumping, hurdles)
- 2 laps, more stretching!
- Bring lots of layers because rain is in the forecast
- Rain will not dampen your competitive spirit.
- Win your heat. Top 8 times go to finals (scoring) on Thursday.
