Many of you are brand new to the Olympus Track & Field team and may be feeling nervous or uncertain about what is being asked of you at practice. This week, we are working as a team on mental strength by practicing eliminating some negative words that often can limit your success. Work on identifying when you use the words "try" or "can't" and practice rephrasing what you mean or tell your coaches "I need advice."
