If your athlete shows COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home. Symptomatic athletes can check the website's training page (distance runners go to the XC site) or contact coaches for ways to practice on their own until symptoms subside.
Practice these next 3 weeks (including on-your-own training through spring break) are crucial for developing technique, endurance, strength, and confidence.
