Monday 4/15 - PRE-RACE
- indoor track - stretch, hurdle mobility, and 2 lap tempo x 3
- Bus leaves at 1PM and scheduled to arrive home at 8:30 or 9:00
- Team warm up, stretch, and core
- hurdle mobility
- 5x100m acceleration to 85% on football field
- 3 lap cool down
- Plyos
- Sprinters with Jackson :
- Hurdlers with Annie: hurdle warm up, race pace (200 hurdles & last 100 no hurdles, 20 min rest, 100m hurdles)
- Dumbbell and Barbell Routines
