- Warm Up + Form Drills
- 4 x hill - all out- walk down recovery
- 5-8 x 200m @ 32-38 sec with 2-3 min rest
- Weights
- hurdle mobility
- 10 x wicket drills
- line/cone jumps then cool down
- hurdle practice or core
- Warm up inside
- tempo 300 repeats
- body weight/dumbbell/barbell
- 4 laps - jog curves and 65-70% straight away, 10-15 min rest, repeat
- Stretch
